This Week's Update - 19/12/2008
Written by Nick Huggins
Dec 19, 2008 at 09:14 AM

Three scenarios by different authors this week...

"Dragon in the Poplars" is a LARP by Meg Hilko from this year's Gaelcon.

"Love & Hatred" is from new writer Siobhan McKenna, serial con writer and fanfiction machine (alright - I stole that phrase from elsewhere, but it's true!)

Lastly, my own "An Interlude At Malory Towers", which is valuable only from a historical perspective, unless you have a yen to make grown men dress up as schoolgirls. Having been there, it's not as cool as you'd think.

A public service announcement - Next week Friday falls on St. Stephen's Day. So we'll not be updating. Normal service will be resumed on the 2nd of January in the New Year. Happy Christmas, Gamer people!

We give you three conspiracy themed roleplaying scenarios by the infamous Colm Lundberg this week - 'Forgotten', 'Freewill', and 'Phantasmagoria Spectacle!'. This addition to the scenario bank gives Colm an impressive total of 18 scenarios on IrishGaming.Com.

That should keep you going for another week!

If you have any scenarios you would like us to publish on IrishGaming.Com, don't hesitate to give us a shout. To let us know, use the 'Contact Us' section to the left of the page, and we'll get back to you soon!

This week, as promised, we give you three scenarios by Ireland’s noted Games Industry Figurehead - Gar Hanrahan (the one with the extremely sexy knees!)

‘The Ages of Man’, ‘Dead Dogs and Black Roots’, and ‘Log of the Narwhal’ are all all horror-themed games – and when added to the scenario bank, they give the prolific Gar a total of 24 games on IrishGaming.Com!

WARPS (The UCC Wargaming and Role-Playing Society) were recently the recipients of close to 100 RPG books that came directly from Gar's personal collection free, gratis and for nothing - Much appreciated, Gar!
