So we re-launched IrishGaming.Com on September 30th 2008. And it's just over a year since we did so. Happy birthday to us! In the 52 weeks since then, we've run 46 weekly updates. We've run a competition and we've uploaded a total of 96 scenarios and 11 articles. We're pretty damned proud of ourselves today, me and Noirin!

But we couldn't do it without ye lot. It's your scenarios and articles that demonstrate to the Internet at large how vibrant and creative the Irish Gaming Scene is. We just curate this stuff, and we're pretty reliant on ye all to send us content that - let's face it - you're not likely to use again anyway. Thanks everyone who's sent us anything over the past year!

We've a few ideas for where we'd like to go over the next year, and things we'd like to do. I'd like to throw open the doors for comment as well, so if you have a suggestion, or if you'd just like to say Happy Birthday, use the comment button right now! NOW! If you want to give us a birthday present, though, it'll have to wait until Gaelcon. We'll be there, gaming our little heads off and would appreciate chocolate and booze. And words of encouragement.
