It's Gar-Hanrahan-sci-fi-tie-in-scenario week! This week we present "Friend of a Friend", based on the Halo series of videogames, "Ain't No Chinese Word For This Situation", a scenario for Serenity RPG (and therefore based on "Firefly" and "Serenity"), and "Time Out of Joint", based on Doctor Who.
We are indeed running a competition! I've not a great deal more to say that Noirin hasn't said already - I'll just add that you should see rules going up on the site within the next week or so, that there will also be fliers at Leprecon next weekend, and that we'll provisionally be running it over the weekend of July 3/4/5. Keep the weekend free for us!
On another note, if you've been reading scenarios here for a while and are interested in Irish Gaming Culture (whether you're here or outside these shores) you could do better than check in with The Adventuring Party - A podcast discussing gaming in general and the Irish gaming scene.

Hi Marla,I do hope I can hear your talk later. I planned on ltnienisg thinking it was at 10:00 eastern time but it was at 9:00pm so I completely missed it.
