This Week's Update: 20/11/2009 Print
Written by Nick Huggins

Evenin' all... Nick at the update desk here at IrishGaming.Com towers this week. Noirin's in Cork under a blanket with yer ackshual swine flu. At the same time, Cork's under around three feet of water. Disease and disaster - anyone would think that God was smiting Sodom and Gomorrah or something! (although... Cork's the town that used to have a club called the "Pumphouse" so y'know, maybe the analogy works.)

This week we present to you an article - It's Brian with a few words on gaming using technology over here. I've already had a bunch of ideas based partly on what he has to say, so I reckon it's well worth reading!

In the scenario bank this week we say hello to a new writer - Donogh McCarthy! Donogh's a scenario writer, wargamer and military history enthusiast and we're proud to host one of his Cyberpunk scenarios - Exclusion. Expect to see some more by Donogh in forthcoming updates!

In the meantime, it's November, the world (or at least this country) is ending with pestilence and cataclysm and the financial meltdown of Christmas is fast approaching. Take care of yourselves, and each other, and get the gaming in before it's too late!
