Apologies for our radio silence for the past while, things have been quite hectic here around the IrishGaming.Com Towers! We've been working a little bit on the backend of the website, and a new game has been added to the Scenario Bank. 'The Raven Incident is a Corporation RPG written by the long lost band member of ZZ Top, CiarĂ¡n "Sarky" O'Brien, and it was run at Warpcon 2010.

Here's hoping that all at Q-Con in Belfast had a great weekend full of gaming!

Also, we at IrishGaming.Com send our best wishes to Gar Hanrahan, (Noted Industry Figure, with a crazy number of games in our Scenario Bank), on his wedding to the lovely Edel Claire Ryder during the week - Congratulations, you two!

Happy Gaming, all!

Goot effnink

It's just like old times here at IrishGaming.Com this week! We have new material from Brian and myself, two of the people who were contributing material to the site way back when D&D came in a red box and LARPing was called Freeforming, when Fnord was a fanzine and Sal Roche was Gaelcon.

Brian's contribution is the second in a series on Religion in your campaign, which you can find here.

My own contribution this week is a LARP called "A Shout in the Dark", originally written for a commercial murder mystery event and never run at a con in this country. You can find that here.

Enjoy the bank holiday weekend if you're here in Ireland, enjoy whatever you're doing either way!

It's Friday, once again, so here's hoping that you've got that Friday Feeling and that the sun continues to shine for a weekend which seems to be mostly comprised of Gaming, BBQs and the Eurovision!

This week we have a scenario from the lovely Ray O'Mahony - his Strike Force Zero game which I heard good reviews of at Warpcon 2010. In the Shadow of the Wicked City is for the more mature gamer, and recommended that it is played by Over 18s!

Happy Gaming!
